Pursuant to Section 552.2325 of the Texas Government Code, the City of Kerrville notified the Texas Attorney General on July 8, 2025, that beginning on July 7, 2025, it was suspending the application of the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act (TEX. GOV’T. CODE §500.001, et seq.) for seven calendar days due to the catastrophic flooding of the Guadalupe River occurring in the early-morning hours of July 4, 2025.  The City of Kerrville has not yet decided whether it will need to seek a one-time extension of this seven-day suspension.  If the City seeks any additional extension, the City will provide a separate and final notice to the Texas Attorney General on or before July 14, 2025.
