•  I started with the City of Kerrville in 1982 and retired in 2009 with 27 years of service. I came back to work for the city that same year and currently have 14 years of service for a total of 41 years.
•  I was born in McAllen, Texas and grew up in Louisiana, Maryland and Illinois before moving back to Kerrville, where both my parents are from, at age 18.
•   I have been married to my wife Adelina for 32 years and have a son, Jason, and daughter Jessica, who both live in Kerrville.
•  I stay busy with a family ranch in Mountain Home but enjoy spending time with family and riding my motorcycle.
