City of Kerrville solid waste garbage and recycling collection will resume at noon on Thursday January 18, 2007. Additional trucks are being deployed by Allied Waste in an effort to catch up with delayed service caused by the recent inclement weather. The following schedule will be used:

Tuesday Trash Only pick up will resume on Thursday January 18th at noon
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Trash and Recycling (including Tuesday recycling) pick up will resume on Friday January 19th
Saturday Trash and Recycling pick up is scheduled for Saturday January 20th

If garbage or recycling is not picked up on the days noted above it will be picked up the following day excluding Sunday. Allied Waste is deploying additional trucks and workers to meet this schedule with a goal of being completely caught up by Saturday evening.
