[ARCHIVED] KPD Special Crimes Unit Seizes Drugs and Arrests One

The Kerrville Police Department Special Crimes Unit, assisted by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department Narcotics Division, arrested Dewayne Frazier, 56 years old, on drug charges in the 400 Block of Benson Dr.
Frazier was arrested on two charges (1) Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1 more than 1 gram of Cocaine; and (2) Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence. Frazier is being held in the Kerr County Jail with bonds totaling $17,500.00.
If found guilty of the charges, Frazier faces confinement of not more than 20 and not less than 2 years and/or a fine of up to $10,000.
Frazier was recently released out on bond in September 2011, due to a previous charge of Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance, both in a Drug Free Zone.
The Special Crimes Unit investigates organized criminal activity with a special emphasis on drug traffickers.
