[ARCHIVED] Kerrville Police Investigate Body Found

On August 24, 2013 at approximately 07:13 am, Officers of the Kerrville Police Department were dispatched to the 600 Block of Water Street for a citizen’s report of a deceased adult male found in a vacant lot.

Officers found the body of forty-five (45) year old William “Billy” Louis Robinson of Kerrville, Texas. Robinson was found in the vacant improved lot in the 600 Block of Water Street, just south of Clay Street.

Justice of the Peace William Ragsdale was notified and responded to the location. Judge Ragsdale ordered an autopsy to be conducted.

Wright’s Funeral Home was notified and attended to the care of the deceased.

An investigation into the cause of death is being conducted by the Kerrville Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit (C.I.U.), which is handling the investigation as a homicide.
