Kids from 2-102 are invited to decorate their bikes, trikes, wagons, strollers and/or themselves as a former neighborhood tradition is revived on Bluebell Hill, an old-fashioned 4th of July parade. Everyone earns an icy treat at the finish line.

Entertain yourselves and the kids with Louise Hays Parks very own Splashpad, playgrounds, or cool off in the Guadalupe River. Live music kicks off at 4 p.m. with Willow City, 5 p.m. Robyn Ludwyck, 6 p.m. Bruce Robison, 7-9:30 p.m. Tyler Childers and Robert Earl Keen. Free family fun and the largest fireworks display in the Texas Hill Country at 9:30 p.m.
