Financial Summary:
The following summary is derived from the government-wide Statement of Activities reported on pages 20-21 in the City’s fiscal year 2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The government-wide Statement of Activities reports results using the accrual basis of accounting. Revenues are recorded when earned and expenses are recorded when a liability is incurred, regardless of the timing of related cash flows. Property taxes are recognized as revenues in the year for which they are levied. The numbers below do not include component units.

The per capita figures are based on the City’s 2017 estimated population of 24,292.
