Amenities of this popular park include restrooms, pavilions, river access, and trailheads. Numerous picnic areas and parking areas exist. Louise Hays Park is home to various special events, such as Kerrville's 4th on the River, Family Fright Night, and the Kerrville Triathlon Festival.
Hours & Fees
The park is open daily from dawn to 11:00 p.m. The normal operating hours for the fountain are 10:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m.

Rates apply to reservations during regular park operating hours. All fees are collected at the time of the reservation.
