Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide human resources services in support of City departments.
The Human Resources Department will ensure the City will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, sex, age, religion, political affiliation, national origin, disability or any other lawful basis in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
In addition, we will protect the assets of the city through our risk management program.
