Responsibilities

• Infrastructure and Operations: Focus on managing and maintaining the City of Kerrville's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers and hardware
• Cybersecurity: Focus on safeguarding the organization's digital assets and managing cybersecurity risks
• End User Support: Focus on providing support and assistance to users, ensuring a positive and seamless experience with technology
• Innovation and Process Improvement: Focus on driving innovation and leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization
• Data Analytics: Focus on leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract insights and drive data driven decision making
• Citizen / External Services: Focus on designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences for citizens
• Integration and Project Management: Focus on facilitating integration between various software systems and delivering solutions to meet the City's technology needs
• GIS Services: Focus on providing comprehensive geo-spatial solutions to enhance decision-making, streamline operations and support the diverse needs of all City departments
