Leasing Information
Hangar space for aircraft from small single engine to large corporate jets, as well as office space for aeronautical use, may be currently available or available in the future. There is also opportunity for private development on the airport and adjacent property.

Private Hangar Space
General T-Hangars
Fully enclosed hangars with sliding doors and bi-fold doors will accommodate single to small twin-engine aircraft. Access to the hangars is from the crosswind runway taxiway, directly across from Mooney Aircraft Corporation. Lease rates on the T-hangar range for $358 to $500 depending on the size of the hangar and are available on a yearly basis. Sample Lease for Standard T-Hangars.
1674 Hangar Space - Construction Completed July 2023
Fully enclosed box-style hangars with electric bi-fold doors and dimensions of 45 ft. wide x 36 ft. depth, and 14 ft. tail height. These are designed to accommodate larger aircraft or multiple single to small twin-engine aircraft. Access to the hangars from the crosswind runway taxiway. Land Leases
Land Leases are available in several different areas around the airport. Available Development Areas (1-5 Colored on Map) The Land Lease rates range from $0.18/sf to $0.30/sf annually for the five un-development areas shown on linked map.

Long Term Secured Parking
Long Term Parking available in our secure/gated lot from Airport Manager’s Office. Those wishing to park a vehicle for longer periods of time need to make arrangements to park in the long-term gated Upper Lot with the Airport Manager or alternative arrangements through the FBO. Parking area in front of Terminal Building is for short term, less than seven (7) calendar days, only.
Those parked for an extended period in the Terminal Lot or in the Upper Lot without prior written approval from the Airport Manager are subject to removal at owner expense per the Airport Code, Section 3A.32 and Article 3C.
Weekly: $8.00
Monthly: $35.00
Yearly: $375.00
