How do I add auto pay using my credit or debit card.
Auto pay with a credit or debit card can be added by visiting www.municipalonlinepayments.com/kerrvilletx
Once you have registered for an account follow these steps:
• From Utility Billing Home, select the arrow in the blue Pay Account box.
• Choose Enroll in Auto Pay
• Enter card information and select blue Enroll Now button.
• Wait for Auto Pay Confirmation to appear on screen

How do I change my credit/debit card information for my auto pay?
• Log into www.municipalonlinepayments.com/kerrvilletx
• Select Utility Billing
• From the Utility Billing Home screen, Select the arrow inside the blue Pay Account box
• Select Manage auto pay
• Select Update Payment Info
• Choose Edit next to card you need to change (choose More to delete a card or set a default card)
• Once changes have been made choose the blue Update Info button

I had a water leak on my property. Do I have to pay for spilled/excess water?
Per Texas law, the City of Kerrville is required to bill for all metered water. As a courtesy, in the event of a water leak, Utility Billing will consider an account for an adjustment. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis and not required under any City Ordinance. Please contact the Utility Billing Office at 830-258-1504 for more information.

How can I get the water pressure checked?
Water pressure inquiries can be directed to the Water Production Operator at 830-258-1237.

How do I start/transfer service in a new property?
New water, sewer, trash service starts with completing a new service application. New applications can be completed in person at the Utility Billing office or completed online at Kerrvilletx.gov. Once the application has been received, a staff member will contact the applicant to follow up. Please call the Utility Billing office at 830-258-1504.

How can I request an extra trash/recycle cart or request replacements for damaged carts?

When can I get a voucher for the landfill?
Vouchers for the landfill are available during the months of July – September and January – March. Please contact Public Works at 830-258-1221 to get your voucher.

When is bulky item curbside pick-up?
Curbside pick-up for bulky items happens twice a year within the months of April and October. Please contact Public Works at 830-258-1221 for more information.
